Customized Polypropylene (PP) Color Powder
Polypropylene (PP) color powder is a powdery colorant with good thermal stability at 200‑240 ℃ and dispersibility. It features good compatibility with PP resin and high tinting strength at lower cost than color masterbatches, especially fit for small‑batch production. Dust pollution and dispersion uniformity shall be noted, and dispersants are recommended during application.
Main Applications
Injection‑molded Products: Home‑appliance housings, automotive interior parts, plastic stools, storage boxes and toys for diversified color options. Wire‑drawing Products: Flat yarn for woven bags, bulk‑bags and sun‑shade nets. Delivers uniform coloring and high color fastness to meet outdoor weather‑resistance requirements. Films & Pipes: BOPP, CPP packaging films and PP pipes. Different colors are adopted to distinguish product series.
